Seats for participation in the festival are limited.
The ticket is non-refundable but transferable with advance intimation to the organisers.
The registration for the festival will be confirmed only after full fee is paid.
The organisers retain absolute right to decline an application without providing any reason. The organisers have absolute right to deny access to the festival premises to any one in their sole discretion.
The decision of organisers is final and binding.
The ticket entitles the holder to attend the open sessions only of Kumaon Literary Festival from 11th to 13th October, 2016. The ticket does not allow or entitled access to any closed door event whether mentioned in the schedule or not.
The ticket does not entitle the holder of the pass to any other benefits like meals, beverages, transport.
The ticket can not be replaced or exchanged for any other benefit.
Registration for the festival does not allow access to private or restricted areas of Jim’s Jungle Retreat or Te Aroha.
The terms and conditions mentioned in the entry pass issued to the applicant shall be read as a part of these terms and conditions and should be read carefully.
Delhi courts alone shall have jurisdiction in the event of a dispute.
Children below 12 attend free but their prior registration is mandatory. Children below 12 must be escorted by an adult. Registration for children can be made at the festival.
